Delivery

  1. Delivery Times: Orders will typically be dispatched within 3 days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and stock availability.

  3. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location.
  4. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.
  5. International Orders: We do not provide international shipping.
  6. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@rutlandfs.floorgear.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your acoustic wall slats, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rutlandfs.floorgear.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  3. Condition of Returns: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Any items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original method of payment.
  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
